week wrap up

this week in summary:
* i worked my last 40 hour week at starbucks :) school starts tuesday.

* 163 new animal species have been found in China

among them were fanged frogs and a tube nosed bat.
* Manson follower Susan Atkins has finally passed away of brain cancer serving her life term in prison. She is best known for killing actress Sharon Tate in 1969 when she was the tender age of 21.

* fox news douchebag Glenn Beck arrived in Washington to recieve a key to his hometown, Mt Vernon. (wtf?) Atleast he was greeted with protesters to know he isn't liked here either.

* today was the last "summer hours" day at the woodland park zoo, so mike and i took advantage of this nontypical, sunny fall day and went.




we saw almost all the animals and had a great time.

Friday night calls for a trip to Molly Moons ice cream to get a flavor i haven't yet tried. My favorite so far has been honey lavender and i highly suggest it. Since i work again at 6am serving daily doses of caffeine to businessmen and tourists at a downtown Starbucks. Autumn in Seattle is so lovely, with all the leaves turning auburn and brown and falling baring their long boney branches.
